There are several Ba Na minority groups living the the Central highlands, including the area of Kon Tum, such as Ba Na Kon Tum, Ba Na Go La, Ba Na Na Ko. Each Ba Na minority groups resides in a specific area. Ba Na is one among the first minority groups in Central Highlands to know how to write and to use buffaloes and cows as a mean to plough their fields.
However, their life still remains primitive with famous hunting skills. Like other ethnic minorities, Ba Na people keep fires burning in the middle of their houses to keep it warm. Family members and friends sit around the fire to drink, eat, and talk.
